Regular shipping is 2-8 business days & express 1-4 business days from the day we ship your order.

If you have an excessive amount to ship, bigger than an XL Aus post box. More shipping may be required.

Once parcels leave us, and we’ve sent them to the correct address, we take no responsibility for Australia post for lost or damaged parcels. We can help escalate the matter with Australian post if anything was to happen. But unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or replacement.
